No; we will be happy to meet you without one.Are procedures covered by insurance?
Depending on your insurance provider, and your coverage; many procedures are covered by insurance. We will be happy to provide you with a pre-determination form and completed insurance forms to forward to your insurance company.How do I know when I need a new denture?
You know you need a new denture, when the teeth have become worn (flat); making it hard to chew your food, or when the pink acrylic becomes discolored. A good rule of thumb is if the denture is five plus years old, it should be examined by a denturist.I’m only missing a few teeth; why do I need a partial denture?
A partial denture is recommended because when you have missing teeth; the teeth surrounding the empty space, will start to shift. This can cause those teeth to become loose, rotated and or tilted. In some cases it could even cause headaches and jaw pain.How often should I reline my dentures?
Your dentures should be relined, once every 3-5 years, or if you’ve had more than 10 pounds of weight loss. Another way to tell is if you are using adhesive on your dentures.What is the purpose of a soft liner?
A soft liner is recommended if your lower gums are flat or sensitive. The soft liner can act as a cushion or in some cases give you a better fitting lower denture.Can new dentures make me look younger?
Yes a new set of dentures can make you look younger; as your gums shrink and your existing dentures wear, you loose facial and lip support. This can cause the skin to look aged and sunken in and lips to appear smaller.Is a cast metal partial safe for my mouth?
Yes the metal is safe because we use a chrome cobalt alloy that is nickel free and beryllium free; and we design the partials in such a fashion that the path of insertion does not damage the teeth. (path of insertion: the angle in which the denture is taken in and out)How quickly can I get my dentures made?
Each denture is custom made, and usually can be made in 4-6 appointments depending on the type and quality of denture you are having made.Does your office offer financing?
Yes we now offer financing O.A.C. through Dentoplan. They allow financing for up to 60 months, in some cases longer. Dentoplan is a financial tool specifically designed to give you immediate access to treatments that you may otherwise have had to post-pone. This financing is simple and flexible and you receive approval generally within 24-48 hours.What are your office hours?
